These are the current accepted India paid-service terms, presented in sections. The accepted version and commercial rates are unchanged.
1. Operator and contact
DeskYield is operated by Abhinav Shrivastava as an individual under the DeskYield trade name, at Gokuldham Society, Rajnandgaon, Chhattisgarh 491441, India. Contact support@deskyield.tech for support, privacy, grievances or refund review. The operator reports that it is not GST-registered and does not collect GST on these campaign bills.
2. Campaign payments and publication
The initial paid service is available only for eligible India connections and India billing profiles, using INR. Self-service bills below INR 50,000 use Razorpay. Bills of INR 50,000 or more require contacting DeskYield and a campaign-specific bank-transfer bill. An operator must record actual receipt of the transfer, its reference, amount and date before the campaign receives funding; a contact request or payment screenshot alone does not make an ad live. International payments are coming soon. Campaign budgets are one-time payments for the selected campaign; no recurring subscription or transferable wallet is created. Verified provider capture or a recorded, confirmed bank transfer funds the campaign; automated content/file checks and account controls still apply before delivery. An interrupted checkout is not evidence of payment. Manual bank receipts and operator changes are audited; automated file/content checks, account controls and review requirements still apply.
3. Pricing and media allocation
A campaign spends only on eligible recorded viewing, bounded by the smaller actual visible creative area and designed creative area. Blank enlarged card space adds no value. Reference pricing is INR 349 per 1,000 minutes at 320 x 40 logical pixels; eligible desktop video is 2x. Viewers receive 75% of media spending and DeskYield retains 25%; there is no additional advertiser platform fee. Provider fees are not added to the viewer share. Clicks do not independently earn rewards. Impression counts, reach, earnings or commercial results are not guaranteed.
4. Viewer eligibility and prohibited manipulation
Only signed-in, eligible adults who accept these terms can earn. Signed-out campaign previews do not charge advertisers or create earnings. Publisher self-views, unavailable ads, paused/hidden/locked/off-screen time and rejected or duplicate reports do not earn. Native reports can require fraud review and do not prove human attention perfectly. False reports, abusive account farms and attempts to bypass controls can result in held rewards or suspended access.
5. Pending rewards and withdrawals
Rewards remain pending for at least seven days. Withdrawals are not enabled at launch and will be managed only on the website. They will open no earlier than seven days after launch and seven days after the user's first qualified paid viewing, and require at least INR 500 of mature available earnings, required identity/tax checks, settled/reconciled backing and manual payout review. These conditions do not promise an exact payout date. Historic simulation balances are not money and cannot convert into cash.
6. Advertiser responsibilities, review and refunds
Advertisers must have rights to the brand and creative and accurately describe categories and destinations. Sexual/NSFW, illegal, deceptive or malicious ads are prohibited. DeskYield may pause or remove ads following automated or operator review, including after payment. An automated flag alone does not forfeit funds. Requests about unused campaign budget, failed delivery or disputed charges receive a recorded refund review; delivered eligible service may be non-refundable where lawful, and mandatory legal refund rights remain. Approved refunds use the original payment method where supported. For operator-confirmed bank transfers, support verifies the original payer and bank-transfer record before arranging and recording a refund. Contact support before making another payment if a previous payment is uncertain.
7. User controls and applicable law
Users control their display placements and may pause, quit or uninstall. Applicable Indian law governs without excluding rights or legally competent courts. Material policy changes require a new acceptance where applicable.

Keep your sign-in access secure and tell support@deskyield.tech if you suspect unauthorized use. Advertisers are responsible for the claims, rights and destination they submit. Following an ad takes you to a third-party service governed by its own terms and privacy practices.

Contact the operator and grievance contact with the relevant account and transaction references. Mandatory consumer rights and access to legally competent authorities and courts remain available.
