Proposed product design
Launch mode: fixed price
New campaigns use area-weighted economics v3.1: ₹349 per 1,000 reference-size minutes at 320 × 40 DIP, scaled by the approved sponsor area. Explicit interests, country, placement, dates, frequency and budget determine eligibility. Quality and pacing multipliers are neutral in the current allocator; no learned ranking is live. They do not change the 85% user share or authorize unfunded delivery.
Reuse the proven parts
DeskYield uses pinned Apache-2.0 Prebid OpenRTB contracts for protocol compatibility. Financial policy, country eligibility, verification and ledger rules remain in a small deterministic layer.
Hard boundaries come first
A campaign must be approved, active, in date, correctly targeted, under its caps, safely funded and consistent with the user's controls. No ranking score can bypass a failed privacy, policy, money or security gate.
Auction and learning are shadow-only
The earlier deterministic auction is preserved for testing and later evaluation. Production market-clearing activation requires sufficient repeated competition and approval. Vowpal Wabbit may be evaluated later in shadow mode; there is no custom ML model at launch.
Reconstructible financial records
Each accepted VAM retains its economics version, media price, user share, fee rate, reward, platform allocations, reserves, tax policy and campaign/event references. Historical settled records are never rewritten.
