Campaign bills of ₹50,000 or more
Save the campaign and submit its bill from your advertiser account. Then email abhinavshrivastava950@gmail.com with the campaign name and bill reference. Confirm our payment instructions before transferring money. Funding is recorded only after actual receipt is verified; a request, screenshot or pending transfer is not payment confirmation.
What to include
Include your account email, a short description, the date and relevant campaign, bill, order or payment reference. For an app issue, include the DeskYield version and error text. Redact unrelated information from screenshots.
Do not email passwords, sign-in codes, complete card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs or bank-login credentials. Support does not need those credentials.
Refunds and interrupted payments
Read the Refund and cancellation policy. If your bank was debited but checkout did not finish, contact us before making another payment so we can check the existing transaction.
Privacy and security
Send privacy access, correction or deletion requests to support@deskyield.tech with “Privacy request” in the subject. Report suspected account misuse or a security concern to the same address. We may verify your identity or authority before releasing or changing account information.

For a complaint, include the earlier support reference if available and explain the outcome you are seeking. Applicable consumer complaint, refund and escalation rights are preserved. We will communicate the status and any information needed to investigate.
